Branch Managers
If you are a Branch Manager and are considering changing firms we encourage you to contact us. We are looking to open multiple branch offices in the near future and are looking for leaders for our offices. A competitive compensation and benefits package, monthly revenue bonuses and year end income bonuses are some of the options available to experienced and successful branch managers.
Financial Advisors
We have openings in all of our business models.
Traditional Employees enjoy the benefits of working in one of our offices with all the corporate resources and benefits available to them. Our payouts are well above the industry average, starting at 43%.
Independent Employees work from their own location and supply much of their own equipment. Independent employees have access to some company benefits and enjoy a significant payout as high as 70% depending on the level of corporate support required and business mix.
Independent Contractors own their practice. ICās supply all of their own equipment and support staff as needed. An ICās payout can be as high as 85% depending on the business mix.
Institutional
Chapin Davis is growing its institutional business lines and is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to lead the way. If you have experience as a Trader, Research Analyst, Investment Manager or Investment Banker we would like to talk with you. You will have the ability to build an institutional business from the ground up.
Operational & Compliance
As we continue to grow our various business lines we will need excellent support personnel to support us. We are currently screening for future positions for Compliance, Operations, IT and Branch Office Support.
